Details:The Canadian Birkebeiner Ski Race will be held at Cooking Lake–Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area on February 14 and 15. The Waskehegan Staging Area will be closed all day Feb 14 and have limited access until 3:00 p.m. on Feb 15.
Please plan alternate locations accordingly.

This trail connects Blackfoot Trail and Waskehegan Trail. It continues into Elk Island National Park. Equestrian use is not permitted north of the Elk Island National Park boundary fence.
