Officially named Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Grazing, Wildlife and Provincial Recreation Area, this park supports a variety of outdoor recreation activities, as well as grazing and Indigenous and seasonal hunting.

Details:Garter snakes have begun their seasonal migration. Please watch for snakes on roadways.
There are numerous active beaver colonies along this trail. This is a fairly flat trail that wind through forests and along Tie-in Lakes. There is one major hill on heading west from Central Staging Area.
