Directions

Old Baldy Campground is found in Cypress Hills Provincial Park, 20 km southeast of Medicine Hat on Hwy. 1 and 30 km south on Hwy. 41. There are 19 RV-friendly, power/water hookups, and back onto mixed forest valley at the base of a large hill. Walking trails lead to the waterfront and to Elkwater Townsite. Cypress Hills is a large park with many amenities and activities to offer. Laze on the beach, go boating on the lakes, hike, bike, or enjoy an interpretive program. In winter enjoy tobogganing, skating, snowshoeing, downhill skiing or cross-country skiing on groomed trails.

Water is shut off for the winter season.

Flush toilets, showers and drinking water are available year-round at the Lakeview shower house, located near the campground registration booth.
