The most direct access to Turbine Canyon Backcountry Campground in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, is via North Interlakes Day Use. The backcountry campground is located 15.1 km from the trailhead via the Upper Kananaskis Lake Circuit, Three Isle Lake and Maude-Lawson Trails and the elevation gain totals 525 metres.  Enjoy beautiful mountain views, streams and meadows on the way to this scenic location. Tent sites are nestled in the forest north of Maude Brook. There are pit/vault toilets and secure food storage lockers but no fires permitted.
