      Inspire your students to fall in love with the changing season. The spectacular colours of the leaves, hiking in the crisp autumn air and interactive exploration of the natural world await your class. Treat your students to a sensory safari with this experiential study of seasonal changes!

      Students will:

      • Use their senses of touch, smell, sight and hearing to detect the changes in the season
      • Detect shapes, colours, and numbers in nature
      • Touch objects and describe them using terms such as hot, cold, heavy and light
      • Discover methods that plants use to disperse their seeds (berries, parachutes, burrs)
