Miquelon Grief Walk

Ice Safety: Alberta Parks does not monitor ice conditions; learn how to assess them for yourself.

Nature Walking Through Grief and Loss is a 6-week series of safe, gentle group walks within the natural beauty of Miquelon Lake Provincial Park. Observe, breathe, connect and be present in the moment. Our hope is these walks support you in your own healing journey.

These walks will be for 2 hours on Tuesday evenings, with time for rest and reflection, conversation or solitude. Walks will be gentle wanders over relatively flat, natural trails.

Come walk in companionship with others walking the same path through one of the most natural things in the world; grief and loss.
