    Welcome to our summer nature series! We'll explore the fascinating research and science happening in parks. Each Sunday we have a different topic and activity you and your family can be a part of to help protect our local animals and plants. This Sunday we present:

    The Miquelon Butterfly Count. We are certain of their beauty, but are we certain of how many species there are in the park? Be a citizen scientist as we catch and count how many species of butterflies live at Miquelon Lake. Along with butterfly nets and instructions to borrow, we will also show you a website to report your amazing finds!
