Bookings:
This program is offered in partnership with the Elbow River Watershed Partnership (ERWP), who has a part-time program administrator who facilitates the bookings for this specific program. To request a program(s) Email freshwaterfieldstudy@gmail.com with the following information on or after the following dates: February 1 (annually) for Spring programs and June 1 (annually) for Fall programs:
- School name, address and telephone number
- Name and email of the Lead Teacher (main contact)
- Name(s) and email address(es) of all participating teachers
- Grade
- Number of classes and number of students per class
- Preferred dates
Fees:
- Program fees are $400/program.
- Schools are invoiced at the time of booking, with payment due 1 week post program. Schools can pay via e-transfer or by cheque payable to the Elbow River Watershed Partnership. Mail cheques to:

- Transportation to and from the field study site is NOT included.

Logistics
- All field programs are full-day with times modified to meet schools bussing needs.
- Programs are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
