Important Information for School Groups Planning Visits to the Kananaskis Region

This form must be completed by all school groups intending to use day-use areas, facilities, trails, and public spaces within the Kananaskis Region, with the exception of Fish Creek Provincial Park, which has a distinct form.

Please submit a separate group registration form for each visit date.

Note: School groups participating in programs offered by Alberta Parks do not need to complete this form.

Kananaskis Conservation Parking Pass Requirement

All vehicles in the Kananaskis Region must display a valid parking pass. Schools can apply for an exemption by emailing KCPexemptions@gov.ab.ca.  The email must include the following information:

• Date(s) of visit
• Vehicle licence plate number
• School name
• School address
• School postal code
• Teacher's name
• Teacher's phone number
• Teacher's email address
