A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

    EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY • ASSUMPTION OF RISK • JURISDICTION

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

    These conditions will affect your legal rights including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident. Please read carefully.

    As a condition of your use of the ski area facilities, you, the ticket holder, assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause, including, but not limited to:
    • The risks, dangers and hazards of skiing and other recreational activities
    • Collision or impact with natural or man-made objects or with other persons
    • Negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty of care on the part of the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, His Majesty in Right of Alberta as Represented by the Minister of Forestry and Parks and its respective employees, instructors, guides, agents, volunteers, sponsors, or assigns (collectively referred to as the "Ski Area Operator")
    You agree that the Ski Area Operator is not liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and you release and waive all claims with respect thereto. You agree that any litigation involving the Ski Area Operator shall be brought solely within the Province of Alberta and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Province of Alberta. As the ticket holder, you further agree that these conditions and any rights, duties, and obligations between you and the Ski Area Operator shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and no other jurisdiction.
    Exclusion of Ski Area Operator’s Liability for Negligence, Breach of Contract or Breach of Statutory Duty of Care.
