Random backcountry camping is permitted in the park EXCEPT at Cardinal Divide and within 1 kilometre of Whitehorse Creek Campground.
Fiddle Pass Trail goes to Miette Hot Springs in Jasper National Park. If you plan to continue into Jasper National Park, you must arrange in advance for an overnight Wilderness Pass at the Jasper Information Centre & Backcountry Trail Office (1-780-852-6177).
