    Booking Tickets

    • Tour program reservations for the season start in February.
    • Book public tours
      • By phoning 403-647-2364.

      • At the Visitor Centre when open
    • There is a $5 charge for booking by phone or online.
    • When booking by phone, please note that Alberta is on Mountain Time (UTC-7).

    Cancellations

    • Participants may cancel up to 48 hours before the event and receive a refund of their program fee.
    • No refund is provided if less than 48 hours notice is given for the cancellation.
    • The $5 booking fee is non-refundable. 
    • Refunds are NOT given for air quality, car trouble, getting lost or weather when the tour proceeds as scheduled.

    Alternate Programming

    • If rain, wet conditions, unsafe road conditions or other conditions threaten the safety and comfort of participants, a program may be replaced with an alternate program at the regular ticket price. 
    • The content of the replacement program would be the same or similar. 
    • A refund would be available if you choose not to participate in the alternate program.
    • We reserve the right to cancel a program for poor weather, insufficient number of registrations or any other pertinent reason. If a program is cancelled, a full refund is provided.

    Tour Preparations

    • For your safety and comfort, wear sturdy "closed toe and heel" footwear. No sandals or flip-flops are allowed.
    • If you have mobility issues, please contact the park directly at 403-647-2364 to see about the potential of a specialized tour.
    • Bring at least one litre of water for each adult or youth and 500 milliltres for each child.  Remember a sun hat for each person, too.  Temperatures may reach and even exceed 45 degrees Celsius (113 degrees Fahrenheit) along the cliffs.
    • Insect repellent and sunscreen are recommended. Don't forget your camera!
    • Soft drinks and juices are not recommended to replace water. All drinks must be in resealable bottles. No cans please!
    • A windproof/waterproof jacket is recommended in case of sudden high winds and/or rain.
    • No smoking or pets are permitted on the tours.
    • Arrive half an hour before tour time to pick up your tickets at the Visitor Centre.
