Peace Parkland Plants

      Students identify and describe common plants and investigate various growing conditions and ecosystems. They also explore the importance of plants to the natural environment.

      Students will:

      • Identify the parts of a plant while understanding the importance of plants to the environment
      • Recognize common plant communities while examining wind, temperature, plants, tree coverage and more.
      • Discover many different ways seeds travel
