Threading through a rich boreal forest and sweeping hills, Big Mountain Creek Provincial Recreation Area is the ideal place to immerse yourself in nature. Located 40 kilometres south of Grande Prairie, this park has four reservable group use areas with a large enclosed picnic shelter that includes a wood stove.
This Provincial Recreation Area is not available for day use. Those hoping to visit this picturesque provincial recreation area must make a reservation.
