Natural Region Description

This site is moderately rolling upland incised by two creeks. Adjacent to the North Saskatchewan River, it's aspen-dominated forest with white spruce, balsam poplar and paper birch present and dense understory. This is a key wildlife area: white-tailed deer, mule deer and moose.
