Natural Region Description

This site contains: undisturbed mixed forests and forested peatlands; rich deciduous forests; uplands of aspen, balsam poplar and paper birch, with some white spruce; black spruce-paper birch/feather moss forest; and black spruce-tamarack/Labrador tea/sphagnum moss muskeg. It has good wildlife habitat.
