Ebeling Day Use has one of the most popular beaches in central Alberta. Its large sandy beach on the clean waters of Gull Lake and its close proximity to several communities make it a top destination on hot summer days.

As a result, the parking lots tend to fill up quickly. If you plan to come to the park throughout the summer, it is best to get there early. Once the lots are full, no additional vehicles are allowed into the park, and stopping on Highway 12A is not permitted.

For visitors looking to spend a full day at the beach, there are some fire pits and picnic tables for use. Some of the registered campsites border the Day Use area, so please be mindful when choosing a fire pit to use. Visitors looking for food and drinks can also take advantage of the Ripples Concession for hot and cold food, drinks, and snacks.
