Program Fees & Cancellation Policy

The minimum program fee is $100 for up to 15 students, required as a deposit at booking.
There is a fee of $7 per additional student for groups larger than 15, due on the day of the program.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Changes in the number of students cannot be accommodated with less than 5 business days notice.
Educational videoconferences are $100 per presentation.
There is no charge for teachers or chaperones.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cheque made out to "Government of Alberta".
The deposit is refundable IF a cancellation is requested at least one week in advance of the program.

Dates & Times Available

Programs are available in May, June, September and October.
Programs vary in length, and are available as a morning or an afternoon booking.
Educational Video Conferencing programs are available during winter, from November 1 to March 31.
All programs must be pre-booked.

Class Size

The on-site educational programs are designed for a maximum group size of 35 students.
There should be one parent volunteer or teaching assistant for every seven students.

Accessibility

Our school programs can be adapted to fit the needs and ability levels of participants.
Our fees are intended to be affordable for schools and groups.
Tell us about special needs when booking a program so we can fine-tune our presentation and arrangements.

Confirmation

A class booking (date and time) is confirmed when the deposit is received. A confirmation invoice is then mailed out.

A custom program or tour of Writing-on-Stone / Áísínai'pi can be arranged for a group.
