A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

This quiet campground is found in North Fork Provincial Recreation Area, 6 km west of Millarville on Hwy. 549. There are 34 sites here providing a great base camp for those hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding in the Sheep Valley.

Firewood

Firewood available for purchase at McLean Creek campground store, at manager's site and from firewood truck.

Water

You are expected to bring your own water. Government of Alberta regulations require that water from pumps/taps like the one located here NOT be used for drinking, cooking or washing (including brushing teeth and washing dishes). Water from the pump/tap onsite can only be used for purposes like putting out a campfire.
