A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley
Forgetmenot Pond Day Use Area is a popular location in the Elbow Valley. The scenic pond has multiple picnic spots complete with picnic tables, firepits and pit/vault toilets. There is a nice walking path around the pond that is partially paved. The trailhead for Ford Knoll Trail can also be found here.
