Families and outdoor enthusiasts who appreciate a quiet and rustic camping experience, will enjoy this small campground, located off the Cowboy Trail in Southern Kananaskis. This beautiful spot is a great starting point for backcountry hiking and horseback riding, with spacious sites among the trees.
Numerous unmarked trails start right from Indian Graves Campground, which is bordered by the Johnson Creek and Willow Creek. The campsites are all unique in their own way, with lots of trees and generous space between the sites. The Lower Loop in very popular with young families, offering eight sites along the creek and six sites in a grassy and treed area with playground and cookhouse in the middle. Corrals are available to rent when camping with horses in this loop. The Upper Loop in the forest has seventeen sites and an OHV access trail, which connects with OHV trails south of Highway 532.
Indian Graves Campground has no Day Use Area and is for registered guests only; OHV use within the campground is not allowed.

Firewood and ice sales are available during the operating season for registered campers on Friday, Saturday, and holidays. Firewood is also available for purchase from service vehicle.
WaterPlease bring your own water. Water from the hand pump is not safe for consumption or use and should only be used to put out fires.
