Random Backcountry Camping

Random backcountry camping is permitted in this park. There are no campsites or facilities, and no permit or fee is required. Review our random backcountry camping page for restrictions and recommendations on where to set up camp. A Public Lands Camping Pass is required.

There are several patrol cabins in Willmore used by Conservation Officers on backcountry patrols. Patrol cabins are locked and are off-limits to the general public

Three historic cabins in Willmore are open for public use: Summit Cabin, Sulphur Cabin and Sheep Creek Cabin. Please use these cabins with care and respect. Leave the cabins clean and well maintained; pack out all garbage.
