Details: Prairie Creek Large Group Use is closed until further notice due to continuous site flooding.
Nestled along the rocky shores of Prairie Creek and located at the main entrance to the Prairie Creek Provincial Recreation Area, this group site is perfect for groups of up to 15 units. With a rustic cookhouse shelter and wood stove perfect for cooking meals, a private vault toilet and a grassy space perfect for lawn games, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy time in nature with your friends and family!
Informal Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) trails are available in the vicinity; however, OHV offloading and operation of OHV’s is not permitted within the Small Group Use Area Or anywhere else in the park, with the exception of the Large Group Use Area for registered campers only.
