Details:Higher than usual water levels have resulted in flooding many of the trails throughout the park. Be prepared to change your planned hiking routes.
The bridge at the north end of Laurier Lake has been removed, that section of the hiking trail is closed until further notice.

Whitney Lake campground features a natural sand beach, making it a popular spot for boating, paddling, fishing, and birding during the summer months. With more than 145 bird and waterfowl species recorded, it is a rewarding destination for nature enthusiasts and wildlife watchers. The campground has 53 campsites, 33 of these sites have power hookups.
Whitney Lake Campground is a short drive from the sanitary dump station and the Ross Lake camp store which offers supplies, ice, firewood, and a variety of treats.
