Details: Due to below average seasonal temperatures, potable water (drinking water) is not available. Non-potable water is available from the campground water taps. Non-potable water is not safe for consumption and should only be used to put out fires. Please plan accordingly and bring your own water.

Details: Waskahigan River Group Use closes for the season on September 7. First-come, first-served camping remains available at the Waskahigan River Campground until September 27. The campground will close for the season on September 28.
The Waskahigan Group Use Area provides access to the outdoors in an easily accessible location south of Valleyview off Highway 43. A picnic shelter with a firewood stove enables campers to enjoy meals no matter the weather. Individual firepits and a shared firepit located behind the picnic shelter are perfect for smaller or larger groups. Campers can compete in a game of horseshoes at the horseshoe pit or organize their own activity in the open space near the shelter.
A parking lot, water pump, and vault toilet are available on-site.
