Waskahigan River Provincial Recreation Area is 37.5 km south of Valleyview on Hwy. 43.From here you can access the Iosegun River where you can kayak, canoe and fish for a variety of species such as Arctic grayling, walleye, mountain whitefish and pike. There are also lots of informal trails to explore.

37.5 km south of Valleyview on Hwy. 43 (1/2 km north of Little Smoky along Hwy. 43 on Range Rd 215A); approximately 300 km from Edmonton & 563 km from Calgary
