Maqua Lake Day Use Area is situated on the eastern shore of Maqua Lake, approximately 37 km southeast of Fort McMurray. This non-motorized lake offers a peaceful setting for paddlers seeking a destination on a smaller, scenic lake. The day use area features picnic sites equipped with picnic tables and firepits, as well as a small beach area and a hand launch, approximately 150 metres from the parking lot.
