Details:

Due to fluctuating seasonal temperatures, water service is currently unavailable throughout the park. Visitors arriving starting May 14th are advised to arrive with sufficient water for the duration of their stay.

The flush toilets, shower house, dump station, and fill station will be operational. However, water will not be available at tap-stands throughout the campground, full-service sites, Group Use areas, or the Day Use Area.

Refunds for water service fees in Loops E–H will automatically be issued for each day that these amenities remain unavailable.

Operational Service Change - 2026 Camping Season - Firewood

For the 2026 Camping Season, all firewood sold in-park will be sold in totes for $10/tote, purchased at the Gregoire Lake Provincial Park Campground Store. The large bins will no longer be offered at this site, and firewood will not be delivered to site.

Gregoire Lake Campground is located 29 km southeast of Fort McMurray on Hwy 881. The campground offers 140 sites in total, including 72 powered sites, 45 power/water sites, and 23 full-service sites (power/water/sewer). Amenities include a shower house with flush toilets, a playground, picnic area, boat launch, beach, drinking water, and vault toilets. Each campsite is equipped with a firepit and picnic table.

A network of trails runs throughout the campground area, providing access to Gregoire Lake Day Use Area. Campers much check in at the Campground Store, which offers groceries, camping supplies, and firewood.
