A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

    Evening Amphitheatre Shows

    • Enthusiastic and talented park interpreters bring nature to life with music, drama and dance each summer. Action, entertainment and natural history information blend in these often wacky but always informative programs.
    • The excellence of Kananaskis Country's interpretive theatre program has earned many national awards.  Both visitors and professional organizations have recognized the excellence of our interpretive programs.

    Family Programs

    • These one-hour, activity-based programs are fun, hands-on learning experiences designed for the whole family.

    • Deepen your connection to Kananaskis Country through these specialized programs let by park interpreters.

    • Presenters from across the province will share their knowledge and provide hands on experiences for park visitors.

    One-on-One Explorations

    • Chat with a park interpreter one-on-one at select trailheads, day use areas and visitor centres.
    • These are great opportunities to ask those questions you were wondering about.
