This is a self-maintained group use area operated by the Friends of the Eastern Slopes. A nightly fee is not charged; however, campers are encouraged to purchase an annual membership to support their operation. Toilet paper and hand sanitizer are not supplied, and visitors must take their garbage when they leave.

Firewood is not available. Help stop the spread of forest pests, Dutch elm disease and emerald ash borer. Plan to bring or buy firewood locally to burn on site.
WaterPlease bring your own water. Water from the hand pump is not safe for consumption or use and should only be used to put out fires.
