Cold Water Safety: Mountain water is cold ALL year. Falling into cold water will affect you immediately. Learn more.

    Shoreline restoration: Driving vehicles and lighting fires on the shoreline is not permitted.

    Wildhorse Lake provides a hand launch for boating.

    Water is available from a hand pump at this site. Although Alberta Parks strives to maintain water quality, we recommend that you bring your own drinking water.
