Directions to Campground
Gooseberry Lake campsites are suitable for RVs and tents, with trees and shrubs providing some privacy. There are both unserviced and power/water hookup options. Take the kids to the spray park or explore on trails for hiking or mountain biking. This is an excellent place to see waterfowl and shorebirds, including the threatened species, piping plover. Dark skies make for amazing star gazing, especially in spring and fall.
Camping Power/water sites are reservable through Reserve.AlbertaParks.ca. Non-power sites are First Come-First Served. Onsite payment can be made by cash or personal cheque (payable to “Government of Alberta”). Credit cards are NOT accepted as payment for First Come-First Served sites.
