Directions to Campground

Dickson Point Campground offers large, open sites that are well suited to RVs and have close access to the water. Here you can hike, mountain bike, swim or just relax by the water. Go sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, boating, or fishing in a rainbow trout pond.

        Firewood  Firewood is not available for purchase on-site.  Visitors can bring their own firewood or purchase wood from: Spruce View Co-op Hwy. 54 (open Monday-Saturday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm) or Innisfail FasGas (open 24/7). You can also call 403-896-4597 (local firewood sales) to arrange wood pick-up.

        Water  You are expected to bring your own water. Government of Alberta regulations require that water from pumps/taps like the one located here NOT be used for drinking, cooking or washing (including brushing teeth and washing dishes). Water from the pump/tap onsite can only be used for purposes like putting out a campfire.
