Fish Lake Provincial Recreation Area Day Use Area provides the perfect launch point for your outdoor adventures. Enjoy tranquil paddling by canoe or kayak on the beautiful, electric motor-only lake. Shunda Lake is regularly stocked with rainbow trout and provides excellent fishing opportunities for all levels of experience. Be sure to visit in the winter to try your hand at ice fishing!

Beyond the lake, hikers and cyclists can take in the scenic views along the multi-use FireSmart Ecology Trail. The 13 km trail offers hiking and mountain biking terrain that connects directly to Goldeye Lake Provincial Recreation Area.

While campers may take advantage of the proximity to off-highway vehicle (OHV) trails, off-loading or operating OHVs inside the park is strictly prohibited. OHVs must remain on trailers until they reach the nearby trail systems and staging areas.
