Hoot Owl About It

Hoo is that in the night? Join a Park Interpreter in this interactive evening program to identify which specialized predators call Alberta Parks home, discover their owl-mazing adaptations, and investigate feeding habits up close by dissecting a sterilized owl pellet (one per family group while supplies last). It’s going to be a hoot!

  • All ages welcome!
  • Event will run light rain or shine, please dress for the weather
  • Event may be cancelled due to inclement weather or severe outdoor air quality
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Pets are welcome, but must be on leash

Note: Pellet dissection participation is a first come, first served basis - maximum of 10 family groups per program. One owl pellet per family group while supplies last.
