Good Grief: Nature Walking Through Grief And Loss

Good Grief: Nature Walking Through Grief and Loss is a 4-week series of safe, gentle group walks within the natural beauty of Dinosaur Provincial Park. Observe, breathe, connect and be present in the moment. Our hope is these walks support you in your own healing journey.

These walks will be for 2 hours on Friday evenings, with time for rest and reflection, conversation or solitude. Walks will be gentle wanders over relatively flat, natural trails.

Over the course of the program, you will repeat each route with the group and have a chance to observe changes in the landscape, and yourself over this time. Come walk in companionship with others walking the same path through one of the most natural things in the world; grief and loss.
