Night Sky Myths & Modern Science

After the sun sets over the badlands, the stories come out. Join our Park Interpreters for a magical evening where ancient legends meet modern discovery. From the heroic feats of Greek gods to the "cosmic creatures" of the constellations, you’ll discover the myths that have guided humanity for millennia.

Peer through our telescopes to see the actual science behind the fiction—spotting distant galaxies and nebulae that bring these epic tales to life. The park after dark has so much to offer the cosmically curious, and this program has something for everyone.

Note: Don’t let the clouds keep you away! In the event of overcast skies, we will move the experience inside to the Visitor Centre Theatre for our storytelling session, accompanied by a brilliant night-sky slideshow.
