Centrosaurus Bonebed Hike

Experience the exceptional concentration of fossils that make Dinosaur Provincial Park world-famous!

With a knowledgeable guide, you will trek up the steep sandy slopes of the badlands and across grassy valleys to a former dig site that contained the remains of hundreds of horned dinosaurs.

As you hike to the bonebed you will investigate what clues in the landscape reveal about Cretaceous Alberta, and uncover the science behind how so many dinosaurs were preserved at this site.

This route to the bonebed is perfect for those who enjoy a good hike.
