Fully Customized Experience

Work with us to create a program that meets the needs of your group. Locations, content, and/or activities can be tailored to the requirements and interests of the participants, resulting in a program unlike those offered as a standard tour. Limiting factors include weather, safety, staff capacity, and other environmental factors.

Chaperone Rates for Groups Guided by a Third Party

Chaperone Rates apply to any program that is led and guided by an approved third party, with a Park Interpreter attending to provide additional education about Parks safety and conservation, and answer any questions about the park.

Booking Policies

• A $10 non-refundable booking fee applies.
• Programs must be paid for in full at time of reservation.
• Cancellations can be made up to two weeks in advance for a full refund (excluding the $10 booking fee). With less than two weeks notice, no refund is provided.
• All participants must be equipped with close toed and heeled shoes in order to participate in the program. Participants without appropriate footwear will not be able to participate for safety reasons.
• Custom tour availability is dependent on staff capacity. The recommended booking window for each upcoming summer season is late January – early February.
• All tours are delivered in English. If an interpreter is capable and comfortable, they may be able to answer question in languages other than English, but this is not guaranteed.

Response Time: We process requests in the order received. During our peak season (May – September), please allow up to two weeks for a response.
