Shine the spotlight on the night sky's most acro-BAT-ic and stealthy creatures! Discover how these remarkable mammals navigate the darkness, explore their vital role in healthy ecosystems, and separate fact from fiction as you debunk common myths and misconceptions. Then, join the night watch while using specialized bat detectors to spot bats in real time!

This two-part program includes a captivating theatrical presentation (30 min) and a guided night walk.

  • Please be dressed for the weather, insects, and dark conditions.
  • No alcohol or smoking permitted during programs.
  • Programs may be canceled due to inclement weather, severe air quality, or wildlife closure.
  • Pets must be on leash during this program and must be well-behaved at all times.
