This year, Alberta Parks celebrates 94 years as a parks system on Saturday, July 20th. Celebrate Parks Day by taking part in a variety of hands-on activities throughout the day:
- All ages welcome!
- Event will run light rain or shine, please dress for the weather
- Event may be cancelled due to inclement weather or severe outdoor air quality
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Pets are welcome, but must be on leash
- Liquor is permitted only in designated day-use sites between the hours of 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
- No alcohol or smoking is permitted at public programs
