Wetland Ecology

We are monitoring our operations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will adjust as needed. For more details on our response to COVID-19 please click this banner.

Students are introduced to basic wetland ecology through a series of hands-on activities in a pre-field trip presentation in the classroom (additional cost). Following the classroom visit, a half or full-day program enables students to explore and compare two different wetland ecosystems. They consider how wetlands are linked to the lands around them and how they plan an important role for Trumpeter Swans.
