Kakwa Wildland is a remote, rugged park containing over 650 square kms of forested valleys, creeks, lakes and mountains. The park is home to a diversity of plants, birds and mammals including grizzly bears and woodland caribou. Alberta’s tallest waterfall is also located in the park - Kakwa Falls which is 30 metres high.
