Hilliard's Bay Campground

Information: 780-751-2598 (Summer Permit Booth)

This large campground is found in Hilliard's Bay Provincial Park, 18 km east of High Prairie on Hwy. 2, 16 km north on Hwy. 750 and 10 km east on an access road. This lovely spot on the shores of Lesser Slave Lake has over 170 well-treed sites suitable for both RVs and tents. There are both unserviced and powered sites. Play on the sandy beach, or go fishing on the lake. Hike or mountain bike along the shoreline or discover the Boreal Forest Interpretive trail.

        Camping  The campground is 100% reservable during summer season.  It becomes first-come, first-served after the September long weekend.

        Camping  Loops B, D and E have 50 amp power.

        Camping  Flush toilets are available in the shower building.

        Reservations  Two campsites are held for volunteer campgrounds hosts.

        Accessability  Two wheelchair-accessible campsites (D-130, E-150). Wheelchair-accessible washrooms in each loop & shower building.
