Blue-Green Algae Long Lake Provincial Park

Long Lake Campground is located in Long Lake Provincial Park, 17 km south on Hwy. 831, and 3km east on access road. A popular destination with full amenities, including an onsite concession. Perfect for a day trip to the beach or a week long camping getaway with family and friends. Enjoy the trails looped through the park and the White Earth Valley Trail in White Earth Valley Natural Area adjacent to the park.

Reservations

There are no first-come, first-served sites at this campground this year in order to reduce cash handling to align with Alberta's health guidelines due to COVID-19.

Camping
  • Long Lake Provincial Park will be open to camping until October 13, 2020
  • Last night of camping is October 12, 2020.
  • Reservations are required to camp at Long Lake from September 7 to October 13.  Self Registration will not be available on site.
Firewood
  • Firewood costs $8.00/bundle
  • potable water is available at the sani station, to fill RV and camper water reservoirs
