Join a Park Interpreter for a hands-on interpretive hike on the Boardwalk Loop Trail to learn about the Secrets of Sir Winston Churchill PP’s Old Growth Forest. The hike is about 1.2km in length, but does have some elevation changes and uneven hilly terrain features.

Come meet our colorful crew of mushrooms and learn about the role of fungi in the forest! From big bracket fungus to little brown mushrooms, each and every one has an important job to do in helping the forest thrive. What a way to make a living!

Starting from Deck behind Amphitheatre (Loop C)
Whether you are looking for sweeping vistas or prefer to focus on the macro details, this 3km guided hike provides time to capture those magical moments and compose the perfect shot along some trails you may not have hiked in the park. No minimum skill level or camera quality required. All photographers (especially the aspiring) welcome. This program is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
