Mammals of the Boreal Forest
Friday, July 12: 2:00pm—6:00pm
Lac La Biche Farmer’s Market @ Lac La Biche Agricultural Society (13412 Hwy 881)
Find the Park Interpreters at a booth at the weekly held Lac La Biche Farmer’s Market just outside the community of Lac La Biche. Learn all the smaller mammals of the Boreal Forest & feel free to ask questions about Alberta Parks camping & recreation opportunities. 

Celebrating Pollinators & Art in the Park
Saturday, July 13: 9:30am - 11:30am
Amphitheatre (Campground, Loop C)
Join the Park Interpreters and learn about the importance of bugs & birds in the Park and the important work they carry out as pollinators. Even try your hand at catching some bugs, or spotting some birds, and see if you can identify them!
Plus: Create a keepsake to capture your visit to Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park or favourite part of the program.

Boreal Forest Photo Walk
Guided Hike (5km)
Saturday, July 13: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Starting from Deck behind Amphitheatre (Loop C)
Whether you are looking for sweeping vistas or prefer to focus on the macro details, this 5km guided hike provides time to capture those magical moments and compose the perfect shot along some trails you may not have hiked in the park.
No minimum skill level or camera quality required. All photographers (especially the aspiring) welcome. This program is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Music in the Forest
Saturday, July 13: doors open 6:30pm, music starts 7:30pm

Tickets / Registration

All Alberta Parks interpretive family programming is on a drop-in basis and for park visitors of ALL AGES. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
