This small campground is found in Red Deer River Provincial Recreation Area, 60 km southwest of Sundre on Forestry Trunk Road (Hwy. 734). Sites are located on the North bank of the Red Deer River amongst trees. This foothills campground provides excellent river access for rafting and for experienced canoers and kayakers. The use of OHVs is permitted at this campground. Please keep OHVs on established roadways within the recreation area.
This is a self-maintained campground operated by the Friends of the Eastern Slopes. A nightly fee is not charged; however, campers are encouraged to purchase an annual membership to support their operation. Toilet paper and hand sanitizer are not supplied, and visitors must take their garbage when they leave.

Firewood is not available. Help stop the spread of forest pests, Dutch elm disease and emerald ash borer. Plan to bring or buy firewood locally to burn on site.
