This form is to be completed by all school groups who plan to use day use areas/facilities, trails and public areas within the Kananaskis Region, excluding Fish Creek Provincial Park, which has a distinct form.
Please submit a separate group registration form for each date.
School groups attending programs offered by Alberta Parks are not required to complete this form.
