Note Permitted activities may vary within a park. Please confirm details with park staff.

    • Fishing: There are 5 fishing nodes along the water channel. Shoreline fishing is excellent, ideal for young anglers (catch and release only).
    • Birding : Take advantage of bird watching opportunities in the shoreline reeds along the channel flowing into Buffalo Lake.
    • Wildflowers: Enjoy yellow lady’s slipper orchids that grow in the back section of the campground. They bloom in late May and early June. Never pick rare plants like these; take a picture instead.
