Four campground loops are found in Pierre Grey's Lakes Provincial Park.  This beautiful park has a series of small lakes, each with lakeside camping. Sites are suitable for tents and RVs, with both unserviced and power options. Take in the scenery while you hike, birdwatch, mountain bike on the 48 km of trails, or go boating or fishing on the collection of peaceful lakes.

FCFS: First Come, First Served Camping.
* Reservation can be made 90 in advance of arrival date.

  • Campground has a mix of reservable and first come, first serve campsites.
  • Joachim Loop has unserviced campsites.
  • Wanyandie, Moberly and Delorme Loops have campsites with power.
  • Wanyandie Loop is all pull through campsites.
  • Payment on site is cash-only
  • There is no cellular service in this area

Firewood

Firewood sales will be available from Alberta Parks Information Officer at campground entrance 7 days a week from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm until September 7.

Sewage

No sewage disposal.  The nearby Municipality of Grande Cache operates a free seasonal public sewage disposal and potable water station.  Gregg Lake Campground operates a seasonal sewage disposal and potable water station (fee applies).

Water

You are expected to bring your own water. Government of Alberta regulations require that water from pumps like the one located at this site NOT be used for drinking, cooking or washing (including brushing teeth and washing dishes). Water from the pump onsite can only be used for purposes like putting out your campfire.
